We try our best to ship your order as soon as possible. As all our products are made to order, preparation takes 7–15 days.

Once dispatched: 

* Within Mumbai: Delivery in 0–2 business days 

* Outside Mumbai: Delivery in 0–7 business days

In rare cases of delays beyond 15 days, we’ll personally call you to update you.

A flat ₹150 delivery fee applies to all orders across India.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All our products are handmade and made to order in standard sizes. Because of this, we do not offer exchanges or returns for size, fit, colour preference, or change of mind.

However, we do offer replacement or exchange only in case of a damaged or defective product.

How to request an exchange or return:

Send us a photo within 24 hours of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number
Clear photos/videos of the damage
A brief description of the issue

Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you through the next steps.

Please note:

Damage claims reported after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Exchanges are subject to quality check once the product is received back.
