At GirlGansta, all our products are handmade with love, and we aim to deliver them to you safely and on time. This Shipping Policy establishes our responsibilities and sets clear expectations for processing, packing and delivering your orders.

A transparent shipping policy benefits both you and us — it helps customers know what to expect regarding timelines, shipping fees, and possible delays, and it allows us to run our operations smoothly without confusion.

What to Include in the Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

Since each item is handcrafted, please allow 7–15 business days for order preparation.

Customised or made-to-order items may take longer (15–30 business days).

Orders are processed Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).

 

2. Shipping Times

Domestic Shipping (India):
Delivery usually takes 4–9 business days depending on your location and courier service.

We currently do not offer international shipping (can edit if you want this included).

 

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

Free shipping may be offered occasionally during promotions or above a certain order value.

 

4. Order Tracking

A tracking number will be shared once your order has been shipped.

Tracking updates depend on the courier and may take a few hours to reflect.

 

5. Delays & Unforeseen Issues

Shipping may be delayed due to:

Unexpected courier delays

Festivals or national holidays

Weather interruptions

Incorrect address provided by the customer

If any such delays occur, we will update you as soon as possible.

 

6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If a package returns due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, the customer may be responsible for re-shipping charges.

Every order is packed securely to ensure your crochet items arrive safely and in perfect condition.
